The Embassy of Sri Lanka promoted Sri Lankan culture, tourism and cuisine at the "Seoul Friendship festival (SFF) 2022" organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government of the Republic of Korea (RoK) from 22nd-23rd October, 2022.

The SFF, which attracts thousands of both Korean and international visitors each year, marked its 25th anniversary in 2022 under the theme of “bringing the world together.” The “Sri Lanka Culture and Tourism Booth” at SFF attracted a vast majority of the visitors due the unique products that were on display. “Ceylon Tea” and Sri Lankan handicraft items by “Isle of Rataa” were the star attractions at the Sri Lanka booth. 

The world food Zone, one of the favorite highlights of the festival, featured representative cuisines of each country. The visitors to the Sri Lanka booth at “World Food Zone” received the opportunity to taste the Sri Lankan foods and beverages during the two-day event.
