Hon. ManushaNanayakkara, Minister of Labour and Foreign Employment of Sri Lanka undertook an official visit to the Republic of Korea from 02nd November to 07th2022. During the visit,the Minister had discussions with the relevant Korean authorities including the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDS).  He also visited the memorial for the victims of the Itaewon incident and expressed condolences. 

 Minister Nanayakkara was accompanied for these meetings by the Ambassador of Sri Lanka in the Republic of Korea, General Manager of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment, Third Secretary of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Seoul and his Private Secretary 

The Minister also met with the Sri Lankan community in the Republic of Korea.
