The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Seoul together with the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (NFFC) of the Republic of Korea conducted an awareness programme for 40 newly arrived Sri Lankan migrant workers on 09th February 2023  in Yang - Pyeong. Ms. Lakshika Weerarathna, Third Secretary (Employment and Welfare) of the Mission, speaking at the event, provided useful information for the new workers on adapting to working life in South Korea and apprised them of the assistance and support provided by the Embassy for Sri Lankan migrant workers in the Republic of Korea.

ද. කොරියාවෙහි සෝල් හි පිහිටි  ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපති කාර්‍යාලය කොරියානු ජනරජයේ ධීවර සමූපකාර ජාතික සම්මේලනය ( NFFC) සමඟ එක්ව 2023 පෙබරවාරි මස 09 වැනි දින දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් යංන්ග්-ප්‍යෙංන්ග් හිදී සංවිධානය කරන ලදී. මෙහිදී නව රැකියා සඳහා පැමිනි ශ්‍රී ලාංකික සේවකයන් 40 දෙනෙකු වෙනුවෙන් තෙවැනි ලේකම් (රැකියා සහ සුභසාධන) ලක්‍ෂිකා වීරරත්න මහත්මිය විසින් අදහස් දක්වමින්, නවක ශ්‍රමිකයින්ට දකුනු කොරියාවේ රැකියා ජීවිතයට අනුගත වීම පිළිබඳව ‍ප්‍රයෝජනවත් තොරතුරැ ලබා දුන් අතර ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපති කාර්‍යාලයෙන් ලබාදෙන සේවාවන් පිළිබඳවද ඔවුන්ව දැනුවත් කරන ලදී.
