Sri Lanka Celebrates 70 Years of Independence with Food Festival at the Millennium Seoul Hilton

The Sri Lanka Embassy in Seoul in collaboration with the Millennium Seoul Hilton will hold a Sri Lanka Food Festival at the hotel’s Cafė 395, starting with Dinner on Thursday 01 February to Saturday 10 February 2018 (Lunch 12:00 – 14:30 hrs / Dinner 18:00 – 21:30 hrs).

The Food Festival is held in cooperation with top Sri Lankan hotel chain Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts which will provide two experienced chefs to prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes and specialty deserts at the event.  The Festival will showcase Sri Lanka’s rich culinary heritage influenced by the island nation’s long trading and colonial history straddling the East and West. 

The Food Festival is organised by the Sri Lanka Embassy in Seoul to celebrate the 70^th anniversary of Sri Lanka’s independence which falls on 04 February 2018.
