Sri Lanka’s participation at the 22^nd Busan International Travel Fair (BITF)

The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Republic of Korea, on behalf of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau organized a pavilion at the 22^nd Busan International Travel Fair (BITF), which was held from 5 to 8 September, 2019 at the BEXCO in Busan, Republic of Korea.

The event attracted over 85,000 visitors during the four-day period. More than 250 companies and organizations participated at the event together with 45 country pavilions including Sri Lanka.

The Sri Lanka pavilion earned high praises from visitors as it portrayed the island’s tourism themes, tradition and culture. The Sri Lanka pavilion also promoted Ceylon tea during the event and disseminated tourism brochures among the visitors.
